Bob Protest
On 9/29/03, WHAM 1180 fired Bob Lonsberry for indirectly referring to the
city's African Democrat mayor as an orangutang. This termination at the same
time the station was repeatedly playing an ad directly referring to Irish
Republicans as baboons.
The next day some people protested the hypocritical termination.
